Wedding Bride Bag

This Bride tote arrived exactly as described and on time. It is beautiful! I loved the choices given and it was so much fun custom designing it. The only very small complaint I have is that the tote wrinkles very easily. I ironed it before giving it to my daughter and it looked better. When she started using it, it did wrinkle again, but it is no problem. It is very roomy and holds all of her bridal information! She loves it! The image and quality of this bride tote is spectacular! Exactly as described. Very professional.

I tried to return this item and have it replaced because they printed on the back which had an ink stain because there was a yellow drip stain on the front. I knew this because I ordered two bags, one for the mother of the bride and one for the mother of the groom. The one for the mother of the bride was a gift. I am the mother of the groom. Since they were personalized, there’s really nothing else they can be used for. I was assured I would have a replacement bag and receive a call back after I waited on the phone for an hour so as to not wait any longer. Well, the call never came and it has been several days. I also never got an email and there is nothing showing in my account. I’m so disappointed. I have done so much business with Zazzle.
