The Wedding of St. George and the Princess Sabra (1857) by Dante Rossetti is a vintage Victorian Pre-Raphaelite fine art love and romance portrait painting. A romantic medieval scene with Princess Sabra threading a lock of her hair through St George's helmet. A classic fairy tale with a knight in shining armor embracing his lady love and the slain dead dragon beside them. About the artist: Dante Gabriel Rossetti (1828-1882) was one of the founders of the Preraphaelite Brotherhood in 1848 and was later to be the main inspiration for second generation of artists and writers influenced by the movement.

This is a beautiful puzzle with just the right amount of difficult. I’m a puzzler and I really enjoyed doing this one. There were two pitfalls. One, is that the pieces fit together a little too loosely for my liking. Two, I got a puzzle where the edges of all the pieces were lifting at the edges, like it wasn’t cut with a sharp blade. I called Zazzle and they sent me out a new one immediately! Zazzle was awesome to work with! The picture was amazing!!
