Wedgwood March Winds Polychrome c1885 Repro Ceramic Tile

From a circa 1885 series of tiles representing the months of the year by Josiah Wedgwood & Sons. This is the March tile in full color and shows a wind-blown boy and girl. The boy appears to be reaching for his hat that was blown off by the wind. A great memento for March birthdays and other occasions. Also makes a great collectible, wall or backsplash tile, coaster, trivet, or decorative accent. Available in 4.5 and 6 inch tiles as well as other items. We have two complete sets - this one in full color and another in blue and white.
