I would like to say this has been an easy or good experience however my account says the item shipped January 11th and gives me a tracking number. When I track it, the status says preshipment received but item not received. Called USPS they say item is not received they only made a label. My item was supposed to be delivered by today. Also my delivery address was incorrectly updated by Zazzle still not sure how they got that address. Customer service said probably from Google Pay but that's not my shipping address in Google Pay. I checked. My items were supposed to be reordered but no email has been received with a new shipping number!! Items are for a very special event 9 days away...this is ridiculous when I ordered January 5th to have plenty of time. No product received

I would definitely order this product again. The design was very easy to manage and the product is very sturdy and well-made. The colors and detail of the design were printed perfectly.
