My husband and I ordered this personalized pillow as a gift for our daughter and son-in-law's anniversary. It came out exactly as it was pictured on-line. It is wonderful quality and really a beautiful addition to their home. They loved it. I had paid extra for expedited shipping, but the product arrived 4 days later than originally promoted by the expedited option- which missed the date of our daughter's anniversary. I contacted the company and they happily credited my credit card for the expedited fee that I had paid- no hassle. Great customer service! Great purchase! We think we will order another one for our other daughter! The printing was crisp and perfect!
