Delay in getting it to me so they gave me a coupon. Opened it up to find a large crease down the middle. The packaging was intact and appeared very protective so it must have happened prior to shipping. Event is coming right up so no time for a replacement. I’m hoping for a discount. .

Overall the sign was awesome! Good quality was a little bummed that it got mashed in transport. The sign definitely has creases where the box got smashed. Had it not been squished it would have been great! .
