Product quality was good although the image was not as sharp as I'd hoped. It's hard for me to tell on my monitor whether images will be perfect on a card. So this is probably on me. But it would be nice if there was a step in the process where you would call a customer if a human being on your side doesn't think the image is as sharp as intended. Not necessary, but would be a WOW customer experience. Images in general were good, but our feature image was too dark. We didn't notice this as much on our monitor while designing the card, and the error was definitely on our side. But see above comment for an idea on how to make your process even better.
