I’m extremely disappointed with this order. I purchased custom ribbon for my wedding welcome bags, specifically with the names “Omar & Ivis” and a matching design. What I received was completely wrong—the ribbon sent has a totally different (blue monogram) design and doesn’t match what I ordered at all.
This is for my wedding, so details like this actually matter. I now have a product I can’t use, and with my wedding approaching, this creates unnecessary stress and extra work trying to fix it.
When ordering personalized items, accuracy is the bare minimum, and this was a complete miss. I really hope the seller resolves this quickly, but as of now, I’m very frustrated and disappointed.
