This T-Shirt of Movement joy was created in honor of my Whole Body Hamstring course. The idea was sparked by one of the Conscious Play practices and the wise words of a student who wanted a reminder of the movements without the glow of a device screen. In all honesty the term "mug of movement" was coined by this same student.

The shirt is good quality and fits just fine, but the colors of the printing are not as bright as in the sample photo. Not the best. The colors are a lot brighter in the sample photo; when I received the shirt they appeared faded. The red looks a little more pink and the blue is a lot lighter. N.B. I did not wash the shirt yet.
