Wild Tabby Cat Demotivational Animal Magnet

A poignant meeting gave rise to this unusual take on a "Wanted" Poster... I was walking with camera in hand, in a beautiful wilderness area. Snow had recently fallen and was beginning to melt in the afternoon sunlight, when I turned to see a pretty little tabby cat sheltering in the long grasses. She came out a little to greet me and to soak up more of the warming winter sun, but was still very shy. She was homeless and though the sunlight shone on her fur with rich golds and tans, she looked unloved. She was hungry and most probably, alone... and unwanted. It was hard to believe that such a beautiful creature wasn't welcome in someone's loving home. I wish I could have taken her home with me that day, but she crept back into the bushes, not wanting too much human contact. I left there with some lovely photos of her and hope I will see her again, in the wild. The message I took away with me is that all animals, no matter how different or small or seemingly insignificant, deserve our love and care. Perhaps you will see this as a "Wanted" poster as I did, rather than the "UnWanted" theme it conveys. 25% of royalties from every sale of this poster is donated directly to our local S.P.C.A.
