Wildflower - Purple Coneflower / Echinacea Magnet

Gardeners will enjoy the pink / purple petals and stiking orange center of Echinacea, or Purple Coneflowers, a favorite of bees and butterflies and beloved wildflower of herbalists, ecologists, and herbalists. The flower bloom in this photo is being visited by a carpenter bee in my organic garden, but in addition to being beautiful food for birds and pollinators, Echinacea is a traditional medicine still praised by herbalists for strengthening immune systems with natural medicine.
