The product arrived very soon after I had ordered it--and I was SO dismayed--at myself. I had two photographs that were very similar, and inadvertently submitted the wrong one. As photos often are when you ask someone else to take them, it was out of focus. I couldn't tell with the small size of the photo when I was composing the card, but when the cards came, it was very obvious that this was not a good photo. When I called to reorder, the customer service representative was very helpful, and the new batch came just as quickly as the first one. I like the card stock and the design (front and back,) and, as mentioned above, I think the photo quality was as good as it could be, given the original.
