I received the first shirt and discovered it was going to be way too small for my son. I contacted Zazzle and not only did they replace it, they got it here before Christmas and told me to keep the other shirt for the inconvenience. This was above and beyond, and I was incredibly overwhelmed by their terrific customer support! The shirt is made of a solid fabric, it is very comfortable on my son who finds things itchy a lot.
