Henry Antrim, alias William H. Bonney, alias "Billy the Kid," or simply "the Kid," is New Mexico's favorite bandido. In fact, he is considered a hero by 'la gente,' the Hispanic people of NM because 'El Chivato' spoke fluent spanish, befriended them, and stood up for them against the corrupt territorial government in Santa Fe. The spanish inscription on this design reads 'Long live the Kid. Champion of the (Hispanic) people of the Territory of New Mexico.'
