I purchased this ornament for my daughter for Christmas. I messed up the original order and Zazzle was very good to work with. They were able to issue me a credit that I was able to use to reorder the correct ornament and got it to my daughter well before Christmas. Customer service was very good and follow up via email was very good as well. Printing turned out very well

This ornament was a big hit and I would order it or a similar product again. I do have one complaint however. The customization process was confusing. The sample ornament had a 4 character name on the front. When I put in the name I wanted that was 5 characters it wrapped the name so that it looked awful. There was no way of knowing if the ornament was going to be printed that way or if it would be corrected so I just removed the name completely. I would have liked to have been able to have the name on the front. The printing looked fine. Please see above.
