I ordered multiple hoodies from Zazzle for myself and some girlfriends. Unfortunately they did not turn out correctly, however; Zazzle was great to work with and stood behind their 100% guarantee and made it right. For example: I am currently having a saddle custom made with a different local company and though it will be beautiful once I receive it, I will never purchase anything from them again due to the insanely horrible customer service they have provided and pain in the a$$ they have been. Zazzle on the other hand, even though my order did not turn out as hoped will continue to receive my business because I now know what kind of A+ company I am dealing with.
