This isn't a note pad in the traditional sense (although I guess you could use the back of each sheet for your shopping lists). Here are 40 reproductions of a single lunch counter menu from around 1945. Imagine a ham sandwich "sliced very thin and stacked high on a hard roll" for 40 cents or a "cut" of apple pie for 15 cents. Try having a party with food based on this menu. Make sure your guests (customers) pay their bill and give the take to charity.
