Lamp for a kid with wanderlust. This lamp will add to our adventures when he "drives" the parked car in our driveway. He usually "drives" me to Africa or Antarctica to see giraffes and penguin. Perhaps this will broaden his horizons. I am not thrilled that the shade is plastic and am going to get a light that will not produce much heat. The map looks great and I like that you were able to choose the shade trim.
