This design features a painting by the American artist Jasper Francis Cropsey (1823–1900). It shows a rural landscape in Wyoming Valley, which is a historic region of Northeastern Pennsylvania; the three largest cities in the region are Scranton, Wilkes-Barre and Hazleton. The landscape shows green agricultural fields dotted with trees. There is a river running through the distance with hills behind it. The original painting was produced in 1864.
