This marvelous design is classically "Halloween". It begins with the computer-generated bat, dimensionalized and given eerie, red eyes. The bat is on a backdrop of a bright, full, yellow "moon" and framed by the drippy, green slime, dimensionalized text, "HAPPY HALLOWEEN". Then, the entirety is encircled by the black back-drop. This final frame of black can be changed to any other color to better suit your purposes.
