I think this mug is great. I got this for my wife as a valentine's day gift and she loves it. She's had it for about a month now and it seems like it will last a long time. The picture looks really good. I read a review where the customer had an issue with it looking fuzzy, but they used a small picture. I used a large image and the picture on the cup looks great.
