The design was easy to do with a number of options both the hat style, color and so forth. These aren't some printed letters, these are the real deal stitching. The two hats arrived quickly. I've used Zazzle in the past for shirts a number of times and this is the first time for a hat. Zazzle is absolutes the best in every respect; customer service, product selection and results. The embroidery was just right. My artwork was turned into a professional look thanks to Zazzle.

About the product: I like the way I can change the stitch colors for the threads when designing the color scheme for an embroidery stitch pattern at the Zazzle on-line store. This gives the end-user a value added feeling of control when ordering their product, and for me ... a joy to construct and see an instant rendering of what the change in color schemes may produce for any given market niche. About the embroidery: The product is very tight. Much tighter than I could ever achieve using a simple Pfaff digital sewing machine with a one-needle configuration, when changing the thread colors for each layer of the design becomes a chore. I consider the output from the Zazzle embroidery section to be very close to NFL quality. Now, if you all could somehow offer an Icon-font type conversion of the design pattern in both color and black n white, or an export to (.svg) then I believe you may have all of the bases covered with your embroidery stitch offerings.
