For Zip orders: Orders (i) placed before noon PT on a Business Day, and (ii) where Zip is selected as the shipping option, will be delivered on the second Business Day following the order date. For Zip PLUS orders: Orders (i) placed before 9:00 AM PT on a Business Day, and (ii) where Zip PLUS is selected as the shipping option, will be delivered on the Business Day following the order date. For both Zip and Zip PLUS orders, “Business Days” shall mean Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. On-time arrival guarantee: (i) refunds all Zip or Zip PLUS shipping fees applied to the order for late orders, but (ii) does not apply when delays are due to carrier/weather delays.
