You won't find this joke anywhere else on-line because I made it up myself. :D Basically, the idea is (if you don't get it) when a Zombie has a headache, they'll eat medicated brains (rather than an aspirin.) Funny, right? :) :) Well, if you don't think so, you can change the text on the front, and inside. You can also change the font styles and colors too.
