A map of Pennsylvania, hand painted in Antique white over dark stained wood and hand distressed. Finished with a hand rubbed finishing paste to preserve the look. Complete with installed hanging hardware. Now using local Maine milled wood and Water based stains. PLEASE NOTE: This item will be custom made when you order. Due to the nature of hand distressing and wood variations it may differ slightly from the picture but will still look awesome!

Our wood is sourced from local Maine mills, one established in 1848 and the other in 1953. Both mills harvest their lumber from carefully managed forests right here in Maine. Once it arrives in our wood shop we give it the respect it's due, after all these trees grow for 100 years + before being harvested. We take care to showcase the unique beauty in each and every piece of lumber that reaches us. Boards are cut to size, nailed, stained and painted before being distressed by hand to the perfect degree of Mainely shabby chic.
