ABCD [Mint/Blk] T-Shirt

Most of us in the T1dCommunity wish that Type 1 diabetes (insulin dependent) had a different name so it wouldn't be confused with Type 2 diabetes (insulin resistant). If that were the case, then surely it would be ABCD - Autoimmune Beta Cell Deficiency. It's easy to remember and reminds us of what we learned in grade school. Why is that relevant? Because the rates of children under the age of 12 are being diagnosed every year, and in some parts of the country, every month.
