This placemat is very special. It features an Arts and Crafts Movement style design in fall colors. Perfect for the Stickley or Mission style table. The front and back are the same. This style was in vogue at the turn of the century (last century) during the 1900's when William Morris, Stickley and Frank Lloyd Wright were working and it is still much sought after today. The matching mug looks really great on this by the way!

The mat is thin so, I glued the plastic sheet used in the packing that has the same color theme and brand name on the back, to the underside of the mat. I love the style, colors and design. Easy th clean. It takes me back to when I was a little girl. So adorable.....lines, colors and design are great. The mat should have been thicker though. It's like paper thin.
