I was disappointed when I received my customized business cards. The color on the front, was not a deep black as expected, and each card had small, white imperfections in the black. The writing on the front was too close to the edge, and although I missed the guide lines, I would have thought there would have been some sort of quality control to catch this. I used the basic white cardstock, which was adequate, but nothing fancy. I contacted customer service via email after receiving my cards, to relay my disappointment. They were very helpful in issuing a credit and not requiring the return of the cards. They also gave helpful hints about customizing and using guide lines. I am hopeful that my second order will be much more satisfactory. The black color on the front was not a deep black and had small, white imperfections on each card. Absolutely love it. And I've never found a design even close to this that fits the aesthetic of my small candle shop! .

These were used for earring cards for my small business and were absolutely amazing. The quality is superb. Very beautiful and gave my product a professional look.
