I was disappointed when I received my customized business cards. The color on the front, was not a deep black as expected, and each card had small, white imperfections in the black. The writing on the front was too close to the edge, and although I missed the guide lines, I would have thought there would have been some sort of quality control to catch this. I used the basic white cardstock, which was adequate, but nothing fancy. I contacted customer service via email after receiving my cards, to relay my disappointment. They were very helpful in issuing a credit and not requiring the return of the cards. They also gave helpful hints about customizing and using guide lines. Absolutely love it. And I've never found a design even close to this that fits the aesthetic of my small candle shop! .

I love to surprise my wife with notes. I make these so I can keep them in my wallet and place them anywhere when I feel she needs a little surprise. I usually hide them somewhere for her to find in her pocket or in her car to brighten her morning before work. This is my 8th or so iteration after a few years of making them and these are my favorite. The printing turned out perfect and spot on. Sometimes the cutting can be ever so slightly off but this time it was perfect. Just make sure to follow the guide and use references that have some grace space on the edges. That is key.
