I got a little confused customizing the card, specifically if the card was a 2-sided or if I was only customizing a single face of the card. At the final step prior to the purchase, it was still not obvious if I was purchasing a 2-sided or a single-side. The next day, I actually had to call a company representative to confirm I purchased a 2-sided card, which I personally customized. No problem with the printing. The results were above satisfactory.
