Black Cat on Plaid Table Lamp

This is another design I did for the son, who is rather fond of his cat, which he already has in a black lined coffee mug and travel mug, so I went all the way and did this for his desk which is mostly covered with black and gray techno-stuff. He really likes it, because it is what he wanted. That is the challenge of designing for others- in the best way you can, give them what they want. Well, it matches the mugs and looks just like the print image, so I'd say "brilliant" on this one.

I have purchased other similar lamps. I use them as extra light for guest's. They are inexpensive, easy to assemble and good height for reading. I like that there are many pre-made shades to choose from and that, like this one, you can use your own art. The only "con" is that the shade does heat, even with specified bulb. I would not leave it on all night. Printing is great. My granddaughter will be happy to see her artwork on her bedside table. The art does not cover the entire shade, but the background that shows can be matched easily.

Perfect. Perfect. Perfect. It was everything and more than I expected my daughter loved it. As a matter of fact my husband ruined it and we ended up ordering another 1 because she loved it so much. There was no printing involved on this unless you are talking about the design on the lamp then it was exquisite
