Nice quality mug. Seems sturdy & well made -- no flaws in finish -- and graphic is just as pictured. Printing looks great. There is now just one very small scratch (not really noticeable) through part of the black on the image, but I've been using mug frequently for a three or more weeks and it's possible something rubbed against it in my dishwasher.
