I have been using your company since i started my business but the customer service that I was accustomed to getting is no longer happening. I tried to call in and even have someone call me and that didn't happen. Instead I got a chat and that was not very helpful in locating my previous orders. It used to be that after someone looked at my order they would call me and ask me if they could enlarge my information or bold the colors and now nobody is there to guide us so that when we order we don't actually know what we are getting until the order comes thru. You didn't even send out an email right after my cards were delivered to see if we were happy with them? You used to do that. My cards are not right but they looked right on the order form but the wording and phone numbers are soo small and the circle on the front of the card is smaller than before and the ink could have been bolder. So I may need to move on to another company that still cares about customer service. .
