Boho Barber Sectioning Poster

Stop guessing where to part the head. Start with the map. This is the poster I wish I had on day one of barber school. Real heads are round, not square — and this shows you the 4 landmarks you have to know BEFORE you pick up a comb. *WHAT'S ON THIS POSTER:* *1. APEX* Apex = highest point of head Your center reference. If you lose your apex, you lose your balance. *2. HORSESHOE SECTIONING* Horseshoe = recession to recession around crown The most important section for men's cutting. Inside = top. Outside = sides and back. This is where every great haircut starts. *3. PARIETAL RIDGE* Parietal Ridge = bowl edge where head curves Where the head goes from flat on top to round on the side. Go below it and the hair will stick out. Stay above it for control. *4. OCCIPITAL BONE* Occipital Bone = bone at back That bump you feel at the back of the head. Your guide for the back section. *BOTTOM NOTE:* "Real heads are round, not square." + "All sections must be balanced for symmetrical, clean results." *PERFECT FOR:* - Barber students who were told to "just section it" but never shown HOW - Cosmetology students who need to pass state board sectioning - Visual learners who need to SEE the head, not just read about it - Shops that are tired of fixing uneven cuts because the section was off *DETAILS:* - Boho watercolor with eucalyptus border — matches your Horseshoe Close-Up, Clipper Guard, and Men's Haircuts posters - Large, clean line drawings — readable from across the classroom or at your station - High-contrast labels so it prints sharp on Zazzle poster, canvas, or laminated card - Part of the Verse_Visions Taught The Right Way collection — made for the student who was called "too slow" Learn the map, then cut with confidence.
