Image is transparent and can be moved up or down to accommodate your custom text. The eggshell background is the color of the sample paper I chose. You can always select the plain white card stock and add a background color. Select edit - background, either choose one of the sample colors shown or click on "advanced" and enter the Hex code for a custom background color. You can add more text on the back of card if needed.
