The product is great. Your customer service reps are responsive: however 3 reps have had to help me reprint 3x's. I have yet to receive the 3rd reprint/4th order, but your reps are not effectively taking the PRINTING mistake and my very clear direction to find the faulty point in your production process and "center the business name on the frOnt of card. The image for review IS correct. The point where ink hits paper, is where the problem is. 2nd line of of the business name prints flush right. It should be centered. Rep #2 and rep#3 failed to correct. My hope is that rep #4, Justine, figured out how to make this right. Have not seen them yet. This is very frustrating for us and becoming a waste of $ and time for u all.
