My brother broke a personalized mug that he had had for 20 years and asked if I could find him a replacement (for Christmas). I shopped tourist type stores since they carry such items but could not find any. I looked on-line and found Zazzle. There were almost too many cup styles to choose from. The one I chose looked exactly like the picture on the website. It was perfect. When it arrived, it was packed so securely that it could have been dropped but never damaged (packing is often a weak point for some mail order companies.). The cup had my brother's name in multiple colors and script styles. All were very clean and crisp prints with no faults.
