I tried to inform Zazzle that I received my banner but I had also order tabs for each corner to hang it - the tabs were only $4.06 and my request to either ship them or credit me - the declined saying I received them. I DID NOT and for such little $ I just said ok - never again. To many great online vendors that do what you do. Lost a good customer over principle- your loyal customers do not make a claim if it’s not true. Sad!

I am VERY displeased! My cards did arrive on time, however they are no way shape or form ANYTHING CLOSE to what i ordered! They are off center and not even close to white....like the proof was. I expect a FULL REFUND ASAP! And it is extremely difficult to post pictures of what garbage is was sent! Need som real customer service now!
