Customizable Vintage Uncle Sam Pinback Button

Bought this as part of a costume for Ellie from the Last of Us, as it's one of the pins she has on her backpack. The covering is plastic, but it's thick plastic so you can scratch it up to age it. It worked well to scratch it a few times with an exacto knife, rough it up a little with sandpaper and then age it with black acrylic paint. I watered the paint down, applied it and let it sit for a few seconds before buffing it off. The black paint got in all the cracks and rough spots and made it look pleasantly aged. Looks exactly as described, happy with the printing.

I love the quality and the color and the design I got to customize them to the way I like my husband and I are different and it was really nice that I could custom mama instead of mommy or mom because I like to be called mama so that was nice and then I was able to make his big sisters to buttons as well so that was really nice. I love the design it’s simple it’s cute I can’t wait to wear them on my baby shower day.

Beautiful concept I like the design and words and colors and all. looking forward to buy more products. Better that what I expected. Paint is high in detail and durable.
