Emerald Burgundy Baroque Damask Case-Mate iPhone Case

I have this and the other two I ordered (too lazy to rate all of them) on my phone. I am sending one of them to my best friend so am excited for her to receive it. One of the pics with my children and best friend didn’t center as well as I wished but I did get a warning that it wouldn’t. Still not sure why it didn’t but no big deal.

I ordered this for our daughter for Christmas. When she tried to put it on her phone it was difficult and once on we realized it had a slight variation in the way it was cut. On Monday after Christmas I went to their website to see how I could return it or order a duplicate. I was able to “chat” with a CS rep, Martin. Told him what happened. He sent me an email with a link. I simple took a picture of the product and attached it to the return email. Within hours I received a response that the product had been remade AND was on its way to my daughter via overnight UPS. The new product was PERFECT and the customer service was more then AMAZING!!!!! I had initially ordered a second phone cover for our other daughter and that one fit perfectly. The printing was perfect. It was clear and the coloring was perfect

This i-Phone case is beautiful. The tough case will definitely protect my phone if it is dropped. It is a little expensive, but allowed me to get a case of my own creation. Unfortunately, I inadvertently ordered the case for the older model of the iPhone SE, so I will be returning it to exchange for the new one. The colors are vivid, the picture is precise. I look forward to my new one arriving
