Don't go -- Sequestered Desire is one of multiple 'Faces of Don't go' poems/writings that focuses on those times when one chooses to conceal feelings that might result in detouring departure plans of someone cherished. The series of Faces of Don’t Go products is a subset of the series, Faces Of Goodbye which focuses on the various circumstances when “Goodbye” is necessary. The companion poem, “Sealed For Eternity” speaks to the finality of some Goodbyes. This, “Sequestered Desire” version was written to be part of a, yet to be published, love story featuring Sedja & Jason. She, one who goes by the book in her office setting, makes it difficult for them to create awareness of any mutual interest.
