How to use it: Fill in your freezer's content and make a tick or cross at the quantities checkboxes for each unit of the item you have. For example: You have 3 boxes of vanilla ice cream, so you fill in the date you added it to the freezer, vanilla ice cream for item description, the best before date and "box" as a unit. Then you draw a tick in three of the boxes in the "quantity" section. Every time you finish a box of vanilla ice cream, you erase a tick in a box.
