I created this memorial card with my own poem using the ultra-thick premium paper. It was easy to type the poem although it took me a while to figure out how to center it. The icon wasn't very obvious. The printing turned out well and the quality of the photo was good. One problem I had was that the photo was not centered (maybe that was my fault). Fortunately I was able to fix on my own by cutting off a bit on one side with a paper cutter. No one could tell the difference.

I was pleased with quality of the product. It was a nice thickness and it was fairly indestructible as described. It will be able to withstand long wear. Fits great in wallet. I was a little disappointed in the text print but that may be because of the color chosen. It was difficult to see on the side with the picture and I was not able to tell that clearly from the computer screen.
