The humorous message: "Otterwise, if you were right, I'd agree with you", along with the text containing your name, is easily changed by using the template. However, if other changes are desired (different type fonts, color, size, or placement) select "Personalize this design" then select "Edit using Design Tool." Also, other styles of mugs are available -- check out the options on the right. Please note that changing styles may require you to use the Design Tool in order to make all the elements of the design fit the new style properly. Not a problem as the Design Tool is very user friendly.

They came out beautifully and my sisters and Mom were very touched! See for yourself in my picture attached! 2 out of 4 were Perfect! The printing turned out badly for 2 of 4 and they were also broken in shipping. Zazzle was amazing and shipped out 2 new replacements that were perfect!! So 4 out of 4 were perfect!
