Lamp was perfect except a spot right on the front of the lampshade in the yellow circle, underneath the H. You didn't notice it until you lit it up. Then it showed pretty bad. I don't know whether it was done during shipping or at the factory, but I was a little embarrassed as it was a gift for my granddaughter. I didn't really have time to return the lamp, so we just went with it. Other than that, it was exactly as pictured and she loved it. Just wished it hadn't of had the flaw right in the front of the shade.. It was fine. Letter was just what I expected and was perfect, right color and everything.

My daughter was decorating the baby nursery in gray and yellow. She had a beautiful baby girl 6 weeks early, so she was scrambling to finish the room. Saw this lamp online and it went well with her color scheme as well as with an area rug that had the same design. It gives off good light, yet isn't overwhelming for a baby's room. The colors were exactly like they appeared on the computer. The lamp is well made and the initial was printed well.

I have purchased other similar lamps. I use them as extra light for guest's. They are inexpensive, easy to assemble and good height for reading. I like that there are many pre-made shades to choose from and that, like this one, you can use your own art.
The only "con" is that the shade does heat, even with specified bulb. I would not leave it on all night. Printing is great. My granddaughter will be happy to see her artwork on her bedside table. The art does not cover the entire shade, but the background that shows can be matched easily.
