Most of our t-shirts run true to size, but it's important to get your measurements and refer to the sizing chart on each product page, located in the Size section. Each style and fit has a different sizing chart, so select the one that's the most appropriate for you. We recommend sizing up for slim fit and short-sleeved t-shirts, and these respective product pages will feature a message that reads "Runs small, size up for a more comfortable fit." Purchasing your t-shirt as a gift? We recommend checking the tag of a t-shirt they already own. Not possible? Size- and fit-related issues are covered by the Zazzle Promise for 30 days following the receipt of your product.
We offer 10 different styles of t-shirts, not including pullover hoodies, full-zip hoodies, and basic sweatshirts. Each style has different material compositions. For example, our Basic T-Shirt style is made of 100% cotton, while our Tri-Blend T-Shirt is made of 50% polyester, 25% combed and ring-spun cotton, and 25% rayon. These compositions can also differ depending on the base color of the t-shirt; for example, the Black Heather Tri-Blend is comprised of 70% combed and ring-spun cotton, 15% polyester, and 15% rayon. All information is available in the About T-Shirts section on any product page, outlining the size, fit, fabric, and care.
Wash all of your t-shirts at a cold temperature to help keep them looking their best and ensure the maximum lifespan of your print. Too much heat over time can cause fading, cracking, and peeling. You can tumble dry them, though we recommend a low temperature. Air drying is the best practice to keep the color and print looking sharp.
Our t-shirts with a printed design take 3 business days to manufacture. Then, depending on your delivery method, it will take 4 to 7 business days after manufacturing for Standard, 2 to 3 business days for Premium, and 1 to 2 business days for Express. The quickest methods are Zip and Zip PLUS, which jump your t-shirt to the front of the manufacturing queue. This will reduce the manufacturing time to a maximum of 1 day, and your package will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
Size- and fit-related issues are covered by our returns policy. That means you can return the product within 30 days and you'll be entitled to a full refund, store credit, or a replacement. Simply send a picture, video, or return the item, along with a description of the issue, to our Customer Support team. That depends on your chosen design. Our t-shirts are printed in two different ways: Vivid Printing and Classic Printing. With Vivid Printing, the fabric is treated with a white base layer under the design, allowing the colors of the design to pop. With Classic Printing, your design is printed DTG (direct-to-garment), without the underbase. Whites appear translucent, and colors can appear less vibrant. When you click on any design, you'll see what type of printing is used directly above the available colors, and many offer both.
Absolutely. Customers often choose to order one to review the quality, especially if planning to do a bulk order. Our discounts start at 11 t-shirts at 10%, 26 at 15%, 51 at 20%, 101 at 30%, with a maximum of 35% at 251 and above. If any promotional discount is available, then it will be visible underneath the price on any product page. Bulk discounts are also viewable by clicking the 'Qty:' button and scrolling through the list of quantities.
The print size is the same across all adult t-shirts, but varies with youth- and kid-sized apparel. The chest area measures 14 x 12 inches horizontally (at 2100 x 1800 pixels) and 12 x 14 in vertically (at 1800 x 2100 pixels). This pixel count refers to the highest resolution at which an image can printed onto the t-shirt. For apparel, that's 150ppi (pixels per inch) minimum. If the file size is too large, you'll receive a notification in the design preview indicating that the image may appear blurry when printed.
