Here’s one that’s fun, fresh, and flirty! By adding colorful trim to the edges of a top, you can create this no-sew fringe shirt in minutes. This pom pom t-shirt is great to wear to the beach, summer parties, or music festivals.
Transform any t-shirt into a lively, bohemian top by following these simple steps.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- T-Shirt
- Pom Pom Trim (2 Yards)
- Fabric Glue
- Scissors
Here’s how you do it:
Choose where on the shirt you’d like to add fringe and start by measuring the seam. Do this by laying the fabric flat and doubling the length of the edge with the trim. Add an inch for good measure then cut.
Along the sewn seam, apply a line of fabric glue across a few inches. Attach the trim to the glue. Be sure that the placement of the trim allows the pom poms to peak out.
Continue this process, a few inches at a time, until the seam is complete.
Following previous steps, add fringe to the other edges of the t-shirt as desired.
Let the glue dry and throw it on!
