Galentine’s Day is held one day before Valentine’s Day, on February 13th, and is meant to celebrate the love and relationship ladies have for their friends, instead of their fellas. Food
For a true Galentine’s Day celebration, go all out with breakfast food as they do on the television show! Let each guest know which glass is theirs with a wine tag that matches the theme, and top off your bubbly bottles with a cute and customized bottle label.
Games & Entertainment
Netflix isn’t going to marathon itself. If you and your ladies have some time, plan a rom-com movie marathon! Make it a little more interesting by taking a sip of your beverage every time a character says “I love you”, cries, gets engaged, etc.
Make some crafts together! Pick something easy and customizable options that each lady can make on their own, and also have to take home with them. Some ideas could be cookie decorating, flower arranging or making your own bath bombs with different colors and scents.
Favors
As a gift for your ladies on Galentine’s Day, look into getting them something that can be used year round and also that embraces the love you have for each other! Some ideas are tote bags with a feminine-empowering phrase or a mug that features a quote from Leslie Knope herself.
