Ordering and customizing my case was a breeze. I really enjoyed being able to change the color. The rubber insert is loose on one side, but I believe when I get the phone in it, it will straighten out. I am pleased with it. The design is crisp and clear. I have this and the other two I ordered (too lazy to rate all of them) on my phone. I am sending one of them to my best friend so am excited for her to receive it. One of the pics with my children and best friend didn’t center as well as I wished but I did get a warning that it wouldn’t. Still not sure why it didn’t but no big deal.
