This is a really neat and attractive mug and I would order it again.
My only disappointment (and reason for the 4-star overall rating) is that I messaged the designer twice--asking about the possibility of changing the grandparent wording to another Japanese version--more like grandpa, but the designer never replied. I, obviously, bought the original version anyway, but later than I would have liked to. A reply would have been nice...even if it was a no answer. The printing was just right. No flaws at all and the color is vivid and very appealing.

It is a lovely mug. The actual mug is shiny and smooth. Very nice quality. It was everything I expected. Zazzle has so many nice mid century modern designs to choose from. All so pretty! The design was very clear and looked expensive.
