LABYRINTH III Black Two-Tone Mug
The design on this LABYRINTH III white ceramic mug with a black interior is a simplified version of the labyrinth at Chartres Cathedral in France. People walk the labyrinth in meditation, for spiritual reflection. There is a sister version at Grace Cathedral in San Francisco. It was painted by hand with watercolors to look like a stone mosaic. * Other mugs, and matching products are available in the LABYRINTH MOSAICS category of my shop. ** If you'd like to transfer this design to another product type, shape, or size, please check my shop first to see if I have one already done, because I'll have fiddled with it to make the design fit just right and it will save you the bother. The design is gorgeous and I love the ability to customize the colors of the mug. I chose the two-tone mug with maroon to complement the design of the flowers and love how it turned out. I only wish I had made the handle colored too (the "combo" mug). Perfect gift for any occasion! The colors of the mug were gorgeous and the print was a decent quality. There was a little speck of gold that didn't print in big block letter of the name but I don't mind. I bought the item on sale (<$10) and for the price I paid I thought the quality was reasonable.
